Bleue
Our Team
From the team behind the
award-winning Jardin at The Hugh.
The little French bistro you always wished was just around the corner is here. Maison Bleue is the brainchild of Sandy and John Vizzone, owners of The Hugh B&B, along with partners Executive Chef Anthony Depasquale, and Chef Michael Schultz of Jardin at The Hugh.
Together, they have created a stylish—and delicious—interpretation of a classic French bistro. Like The Hugh, Maison Bleue is a perfect concoction of flair, verve, and intimacy.
Maison Bleue is located steps from Washington Street Mall, and Congress Hall, next to Collier's Liquor Store.
Executive Chef/Partner of Maison Bleue: Anthony Depasquale
Chef de Cuisine of Maison Bleue: Garrett Thompson

Our Cause
Our Maison Bleue t-shirts are made from recycled water bottles by local small business, Guppi Style.
Purchase a Maison Bleue t-shirt ($28 each shirt) and half of the profit will go to SEE Turtles Org.
SEE Turtles Org helps save sea turtles through conservation tours, supporting important nesting beaches, working to end demand for turtleshell, helping clean up plastic waste from turtle habitats, and promoting inclusivity in the turtle community.
Please ask our staff about our t-shirts.
